Come explore our interactive AI showcase, where you can test-drive the same tools - like SchoolAI, Brisk, and Wayground - that are transforming our classrooms. You’ll have the opportunity to rotate through live demo stations to see how these platforms enhance learning while getting an inside look at the policies we’ve built to protect our students. It’s an evening designed to bridge the gap between home and school, ensuring you’re fully informed and equipped for our AI-integrated future.
Part 1: Overview (20–30 minutes)
We’ll begin with a welcome and a brief overview of the OCSB AI Policy. We’ll also introduce the digital tools currently being used in classrooms and highlight how they support student learning.
Part 2: Interactive “Discovery Lab” (50–55 minutes)
Next, you’ll have the chance to explore! Interactive stations will be set up around the gym, each with a few computers ready to use. At every station, you can log into a sample student account by grade range (K–2, 3–6, 7–8, and 9–12) to try activities that reflect your child’s learning experience.
Each station will feature a different digital tool - such as Wayground, SchoolAI, Brisk, NotebookLM, and Gemini - and demonstrate how it connects to classroom learning through Google Classroom. Members of the OCSB Learning Technologies team will be available at each station to guide you, answer questions, and support your exploration.
