About this Event
I’m Kinza Kasher, a designer, consultant, educator, and business owner and in my day-to-day work, I navigate the space between strategy, creativity, and execution. I work on complex problems, teach others how to think through their work, and run businesses where clarity and good judgment matter.
I didn’t start using AI because it was trendy. I started using it because my work is thinking-heavy and fast-moving, and I needed tools that could help me synthesize information, explore ideas, and move through complexity more intentionally. Along the way, I’ve also learned where AI doesn’t help, where it falls short, and where human perspective still matters most.
This talk is an honest look at how I use AI in my work as a designer, what helps, what doesn’t, and how I use these tools without losing my voice or judgment. It’s not a tutorial or a demo, but a real conversation about working thoughtfully with AI in creative and strategic work.
I’ll share real examples, lessons learned, and the boundaries I’ve set, with time for questions and discussion. This talk is for anyone curious about how AI fits into real work, beyond the hype.
