I didn't attend ocean Ave., but my 2 sons and 5 grandsons did. There is a request to build a house on the corner with an entrance on Valley Ave. I believe this should not be permitted.
Valley is a beautiful street offering a peaceful lane in a busy village. It has hosted innumerable children sleigh riding down the street. It is a safe venue because there are no houses.
The zoning meeting is Jan. 21st at 6pm at village hall.
Please attend and try to stop this request.
