About this Event

A Roundtable for GCs, Subcontractors, Suppliers, Architects & Designers

AI is everywhere in construction right now.

Most of it sounds impressive. Very little of it is actually useful on a real job site or inside a real construction business.

This event is for people who want clarity on what AI is actually doing in construction today and what might matter over the next few years.

We’re bringing together builders, operators, and construction technology leaders for a candid discussion on where AI is delivering real value.

Instead of long presentations, this event will start with a short curated discussion with the panelists, followed by an open Q&A with the audience so attendees can ask real questions about how AI is being used inside construction companies today.

Topics we’ll explore include:

• What AI is actually being used for in construction today
• What’s overhyped or not worth your time
• Where small and mid-sized companies have a real edge
• How teams are using AI to move faster, bid smarter, and scale without bloated overhead

No futurist hype. No vague tech talk. Just practical insight from people working directly in construction and construction technology.
