Andy Watts | Head of Design, Seven Peaks Software Andy leads product design at Seven Peaks and has spent the past 18 months rebuilding the team's discovery and delivery workflows around AI. He will walk through what changed in practice: the governance model, the evaluation structure, the tooling, and the lessons from applying this on real enterprise engagements.
