TICKET COSTS:
The delegate fee is £50 plus VAT for BCS and SGAI members and £90 plus VAT for others.
This includes:
- attendance at the event
- lunch
- refreshments
A special rate of £35 plus VAT is available for students.
All bookings made after Friday, 1 November 2024, are subject to a late booking surcharge of £10 (plus VAT).
A Group Discount Rate is available for group bookings of three or more. Please contact the BCS Community Team at [email protected] to learn more about this.
REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS:
In the event of cancellation by the participant, provided that written notice is received before Friday, 1 November, the participant will receive a refund, excluding Eventbrite fees. If no cancellation notice is received before that date, no refund can be issued.

Our events are for adults aged 16 years and over.
