About this Event

AI for Life Sciences

Exploring practical, responsible AI across the life sciences pipeline—from discovery to commercialization.

About the Event

AI is moving fast in life sciences—but the hardest part isn’t building a model. It’s making AI real inside regulated workflows: data quality, validation, governance, and change management across R&D, clinical, medical, and commercial teams.

AI for Life Sciences is where you will hear practical examples of what’s working now (and what isn’t) across discovery, trials, medical communications, safety, and commercialization—then take part in small “case huddles” to map one concrete opportunity to risks, guardrails, and a realistic next step for the next 90 days.

This will be a grounded conversation designed to help you leave with clearer judgment, better questions, and a few new local connections.

No technical background required—just curiosity and a willingness to engage.

What to Expect

5:30 – 6:00 PM | Arrival and Networking

5:40 – 6:40 PM | Fireside Chat: From Hype to Workflows
A dynamic conversation featuring experts using AI in Life Sciences:

  • Bringing solutions to complex organizations
  • Discussing how AI has transformed different groups, from med comms to commercial operations or R&D
  • How organizations have governed these new solutions

You will gain practical examples, relatable stories, and a clear understanding of how AI has reshaped Life Sciences.

6:40 – 7:30 PM | Interactive Case Huddles
Break out into small groups to discuss one part of life sciences (e.g., trial recruitment, safety signal detection, medical information, real-world evidence) and identify an AI-enabled opportunity, the key risks, and a practical next step for relevant organizations.

7:30 PM-8:00 | Q&A and Connection
