Artificial Intelligence for Business: Creating Your AI Roadmap
After the hype around Generative AI, many businesses are now focused on a more important question: how do we actually make this work in practice?
Following on from our previous AI for Business webinars, Business West and Cheltenham Chamber, in partnership with the University of Gloucestershire, are pleased to bring the series into the room with an in-person, workshop-style session designed to move from discussion to practical application.
The event will take place at the University of Gloucestershire’s FuturePark Collaboration Space, a dedicated innovation hub bringing together businesses, academia, and entrepreneurs. Designed to support collaboration and applied innovation, it provides an ideal setting for exploring how AI can be implemented in practical, real-world business contexts.
Delivered in partnership with Truebird and hosted by Nick Darby, this two-hour interactive session will help you move from “we’ve tried a few AI tools” to building a clear, prioritised AI roadmap for your organisation.
This session is for you if you're:
- Tired of manual admin and repetitive tasks
- Looking to automate low-value enquiries before scaling
- Concerned about process gaps or missed opportunities
- Wanting more of the “right” (most profitable) customers
- Curious how AI can become a genuine competitive advantage
Supported by the knowledgeable and enthusiastic students from the University of Gloucestershire, you’ll identify practical AI services relevant to your organisation, learn how to prioritise them around real business value, and even build your first AI service. You’ll create a clear 30/60/90-day action plan, understand the cultural and organisational changes needed to make AI stick, and leave confident in how to scale, measure and refine AI within your business.
Although this is the concluding session in the series, no prior knowledge or technical expertise is required other than a short pre-read document. In two focused hours, you’ll make tangible progress towards embedding AI in your organisation.
The session will conclude with Q&A and informal networking.
