AI Day with Toyota: Tour, Train, Transform & LEAN White Belt Certification

Step into the world of Lean Thinking at Toyota, the global benchmark for operational excellence.

This one-day immersive experience combines a Toyota Cambridge Plant Gemba Walk with a hands-on Toy Car Flow Simulation Game, giving participants a practical and engaging introduction to Lean principles in action.

Toyota, the pioneer of the Toyota Production System (TPS) and Intelligent Automation (Jidoka), continues to evolve its Lean foundation through data, automation, and AI-enabled decision-making. During the plant visit and facilitated sessions, participants will observe and learn how modern Lean systems integrate:

• Autonomous material-handling robots supporting Just-in-Time flow
• Sensors and IoT systems monitoring processes in real time
• AI-driven analytics supporting predictive maintenance and waste detection
• Human + machine collaboration to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency

Designed for all sectors, this program introduces Lean as a practical, people-centric framework for improving flow, reducing waste, and building a culture of continuous improvement. Through simulation, real case examples, and guided reflection, participants will learn how Lean and AI-enabled thinking can be applied directly to their own organizations.

By the end of the day, participants will earn an AI-Powered Lean White Belt Certification and leave with clear, actionable insights they can apply immediately—regardless of industry or role.
