Artificial intelligence is changing how art is made, who gets credit, and what the future of creative work looks like. But beyond the headlines and hot takes, what does it actually mean for artists, educators, and the communities that shape culture?

This live panel brings together voices from across the country to dig into the real questions about ownership, ethics, equity, and sustainability, challenging us to think bigger about what creativity becomes next.

No jargon. No gatekeeping. Just an honest, necessary conversation about where we are and where we’re going.

Come listen. Come question. Come be part of shaping what’s next.

Panelists:

  • Fatima Farzana: International Artist & Designer
  • Justice Dwight: Professional Artist & Muralist
  • Mark Cooley: GMU Arts Professor & International Artist
  • Jozie Perry: VCU MA & Literary Professional
  • Tim Friedlander: NAVA President and Co-Founder
  • Bomani Armah: Producer, Emcee, & Educator
