FREE Childrens Workshop – School Holiday Fun! Calling all young creatives! Join us on Wednesday 24th September, 12–3PM for a FREE children's workshop to make something special with flowers, rocks & paints.
Children can enter their creations into the Arrowtown Horticultural Society’s Annual Spring Flower Show, in the following categories.
Handicraft:
109. Decorated Rock Critter you would find in the Garden (Y1-Y2)
110. Decorated Rock Critter you would find in the Forest (Y3-Y8)
Floral Art:
111. Fairy Sand Garden of Spring Flowers displayed on a Paper/Recyclable Plate (Y1+Y2)
112. Botanical Spring Theme Garden displayed on a Paper/Recyclable Plate (Y3-Y8)
113. Posy of Spring Flowers in a Decorated Jar/Container (Y1 + Y2)
114. Posy of Spring Flowers in a Decorated Jar/Container (Y3-Y8)
115. Art Picture of Spring Flowers (Y1+Y2)
All materials provided (we welcome children to bring their own flowers if possible) – just bring your imagination!
Arrowtown Athenaeum Hall
Drop-in anytime between 12 and 3 PM
Open to children from preschool to primary school – no booking needed. Children need to bring a caregiver please, thank you.
