A New Hampshire–based, family-run company specializing in custom-built accessory dwelling units (ADUs) and tiny homes. Inspired by their own family’s need for flexible housing, Mark’s construction background and Jess’s real estate experience led them to create Kinstruct, now an award-winning builder known for quality, on-site constructed ADUs with permanent foundations. They’ll share their entrepreneurial journey, the growing demand for ADUs, and how these small-scale homes are creating big opportunities in today’s housing market.
