Spend two days exploring farming, food, and nature through hands-on activities. You’ll plant seeds, prepare simple snacks, and learn how agriculture helps feed communities near and far. This camp blends learning, creativity, and outdoor fun in an engaging, age-appropriate way. ________________________
Camps run half days, with the option to stack a morning and afternoon camp for a full day. Students who stay all day can bring a sack lunch and drink and stay supervised by EICC staff during the lunch hour. Families can also apply for a scholarship to help cover camp costs.
