Agony riders vary in age and skill level, from 16 to those in their 80's, from beginners to pros.The ride runs for 24 hours, but many people opt to sleep for at least a portion of the event.
A 24-hour event can be daunting, especially when you think it's reserved for the cycling elite.
But that's not the heart of the Agony Ride. It is accessible to all ages (starting at 16) and skill levels.

So come join us and bring a friend! And bring all your questions! We will break off in groups according to skill level and length of ride.
We will meet at the Nimbus Fish Hatchery parking lot, which connects directly onto the American River Trail.
We will be set up at the Nimbus Fish Hatchery parking lot until noon, so feel free to stop by even if you don't have a bike yet!
