It gives you all the details of the **Annual General Meeting** for 2026 , when it will take place (**February 10**) what time it will start (**19:30**) where it will happen (**Austwick Village Hall**) It mentions free food, talks about the agenda coming out later, asks you to contribute any agenda items you wish to put forward for consideration and to book it in your busy social calendar so you don't miss it. Its a dead good read. Oh, it also asks in a gentle way if anyone wants to be the club secretary for the next club year. Feel free to speak to me about the role. it is honestly quite easy and rewarding for the right person.
