We believe that regardless of role or title, everyone can choose to lead. This introductory workshop welcomes:

This workshop is appropriate for any industry and equally applicable to leaders in for-profit and non-profit organizations or government agencies. No prerequisites required—just bring an open mind and willingness to explore new ways of thinking and leading. No prior agile knowledge necessary.

This interactive leadership experience includes visual illustrations, discussions, exercises, and activities that bring the curriculum to life. Your fellow participants become traveling companions on the journey, sharing experiences and insights that often lead to lasting professional connections.

While it will be a casual learning environment, we do encourage you to minimize distractions and avoid multitasking during these two days.
