About this Event
Agility in Leadership and Organizations™ Workshop + An Author Event with Pete Behrens
Leadership begins the moment you choose to step into uncertainty. In his newly published book Into the Fog: Leadership Stories from the Edge of Uncertainty, Pete Behrens reveals that the best leaders don't wait for clarity—they create it in the midst of change. This workshop brings those insights to life through an interactive experience designed to help you navigate your own leadership fog.
Based on our Leadership Journey Compass™, this workshop inspires leaders to build awareness of their current leadership approach while developing new skills to improve themselves, their teams, and their organizations. You'll explore how agile leadership is an ongoing practice of experimenting with new thinking and behaviors—exactly what the leaders in Pete's book discovered on their journeys through uncertainty.
Like the neighborhood organizer who stepped up after a wildfire or the executive who learned to say "no" to save his startup, you'll discover how to become more creative, collaborative, and adaptive in rapidly changing environments. Our pragmatic approach ensures you can apply these learnings immediately, both at work and in your personal life.
