Dave West is the CEO of Scrum.org and a globally recognised thought leader on Agile and the future of work. He is a frequent keynote speaker and co-author of The Nexus Framework for Scaling Scrum and Head First Object-Oriented Analysis and Design. With leadership roles at Tasktop, Forrester, and IBM/Rational—where he contributed to the Rational Unified Process—Dave brings deep expertise in product development, Agile transformation, and scaling modern ways of working.

Royd Brayshaw is an experienced Agile coach, consultant, and technical leader with over 20 years in software development. He specialises in helping teams improve business effectiveness through Lean and Agile practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and XP.
