March 26th is full, so we are offering the same class again!In this beginner-friendly workshop, you will learn how to create stunning, multi-toned petals of a Hydrangea using professional buttercream piping techniques taught by CIA Graduate and Pastry Chef Julia Reddan. Each attendee will decorate 4 vanilla cupcakes and receive a box to transport them home. You will color your own icing, and learn how to fill a piping bag to achieve a two-toned hydrangea flower-look complete with leaves and even have some fun with edible glitter!
