About this Event
Agency Netwalk - Manchester
Join Claire Quansah and other agency folk for a festive-ishwalk 'n' talk through Manchester.
A chance to get some fresh air, meet agency folk and come away feeling energised to tackle any challenges agency life throws at you. Think we need it!
The walking route is approx. 60 mins, all on the flat, and runs between St Peter’s Square and finishes in Ancoats. Enough to get your steps in but not too much to leave you tired for the rest of the day.
We’ll be avoiding the chaos of the Christmas Markets, but hopefully still feel the festive spirit 🎄 From St Peter’s Square, we’ll head towards Castlefield, over to Salford and walk around the edge of central Manchester, before finishing in Ancoats.
Meet new people, make new connections and discover ways to collaborate. It's an opportunity to discuss topics such as business development and sales tactics, ideas to generate healthy profits, ways to keep clients happy, advice on finding top talent, tips to stay sane and anything else that goes into running a successful agency.
So, why not grab your chance to connect with like-minded professionals, share your experiences, and exchange ideas whilst out in the fresh air?
Spaces are limited, so be quick and grab a ticket!
For anyone who wants a caffeine fix, we will finish by stopping for hot drink to warm up afterwards.
Please wear comfortable shoes and well-behaved dogs are very much welcome!

Claire has nearly 20 years’ experience working in agencies. She now works with growing agencies to help bring some structure and consistency to their ways of working, helping leaders to tackle that growing list of ‘stuff’ that has continued to pile up as the agency has grown. People development planning; client servicing processes; or capturing and refining day-to-day processes, she works closely with them to help improve quality, consistency and efficiency.
Claire also supports agencies with their people needs addressing challenges like line management and difficult conversations, as well as being actively involved initiatives which aim to tackle the industry’s diversity problem.
