In this session:
👩⚕️ Dr Farah will share about menopause symptoms, what’s happening in your body, and the different medical options available—including when they may be helpful
🏋️♀️ Kim will guide you on how movement and strength training can support your energy, bone health, and overall wellbeing
This workshop is designed to give you clarity, reassurance, and practical steps you can take at your own pace.
