Age UK Nottingham & Nottinghamshire Connect
Come and join us at the Community Hub and speak with the Age UK Connect advisor, who will be available to provide information and support.
Age UK Nottingham & Nottinghamshire Connect is a free, friendly and solution-focused service that supports people aged 18 and over, including older people over the pension age and people with learning disabilities and neurodivergent conditions.
The service helps people to maintain their independence, improve their wellbeing and access the right support for their needs.
What the Connect service can help with:
- Advice and information
- Physical and mental health support
- Care needs, housing options and home adaptations
- Welfare benefits and financial advice
- Gardeners, cleaners and handyperson services
- Social activities, clubs and community groups
- Support groups, advocacy and talking therapies
- Transport options
- Exercise, falls prevention and managing long-term conditions (including dementia)
- Support for people with learning disabilities and neurodivergence
- Carer support
- Digital skills
- And much more
The Connect team will work with you to understand what matters to you and help you access the support that’s right for your situation.
Exclusively for Rushcliffe residents 18+ registered with a Rushcliffe GP.
Only one booking is permitted per person. Additional bookings may be cancelled to ensure fairness.
