The Uncorked Vintage Academy is the sole authorized program provided in the United States for the Agave Spirits Institute seminars and curricula.
Designed for amateurs and professionals alike, the Introductory Course is intended to open your window into the vast and diverse world of agave spirits. We’ll learn the basics of how to taste like a spirits sommelier, learning how to identify aromas, flavors, and overall quality. Over the course of 2.5 hours, we’ll explore six different agave spirits, each one with a unique history, production, and taste. You’ll leave this course with the tools to better appreciate agave spirits, and an urge to keep exploring these vast and diverse drinks.

-2.5 Hours of Instruction by Master of Agave Spirits Educator (bio below).
-Six Vials of Artisanal and Ancestral Agave Spirits in your tasting laboratory kit.

He's a Certified Spirits Judge; an International Wine & Spirits Guild Certified Senior Wine & Spirits Instructor; Guild Master Candidate, Guild Certified Executive Wine & Fine Spirits Sommelier; United States Bartenders' Guild Certified Spirits Professional; Certified Wine and Spirits Specialist by the Society of Wine Educators, Certified Executive Bourbon Steward by the Stave & Thief Society, WSET Advanced Spirits Awardee; Single Malt Whisky Diplomate by the Edinburgh Whisky Academy; Certified Specialist in Cognac, Pisco, Scotch Whisky, Irish Whiskey, and Gin - and he's also a luxury sommelier specialized in Caviar, Cheese, Cider, Sake, Beer, and Tea.

- Presenter/Instructor is traveling from outside the state, therefore the class requires a minimum attendance of 10 registrants in order to be successful. Should we not reach this minimum, class will be postponed, and purchases refunded.
