Against the Grain: An Exhibition of Handcrated Chairs

Against the Grain: A Handmade Chair Exhibition is the 2025/2026 Camosun Fine Furniture program’s annual event that showcases the program's capstone project. There will be 16 chairs on display, along with other student projects, each chair designed and built by a graduating student.

The exhibit runs between June 24th and July 20th, with the opening reception on June 24th from 7 pm - 9 pm.

The exhibition will take place at the Arts Centre at Cedar Hill, located in Cedar Hill Recreation Centre, 3220 Cedar Hill Road.

Admission is free! No need for a ticket, either, just come whenever the gallery is open (click here for gallery webpage).
