Designed by Japanese Pritzker Prize-winning architect, Fumihiko Maki, the Aga Khan Centre is designed to represent the values of openness, dialogue and respect for pluralism. The architecture incorporates a collection of six gardens, courtyards and terraces that provide an insight into the diversity and influence of Islamic landscape design around the world and through history.
Tours of the Aga Khan Centre are available most Thursdays starting at 5pm and Saturdays at 11am. A maximum of 10 places are available for each tour. Tours last approximately 45 minutes.
