A whole weekend of FITNESS and FUN in the luxurious surroundings of a four star hotel� ABOUT THE EVENT �
This is an event open to everyone, however we have put this event on as an AG social, so that you can be with people that you may know. All we ask is that you book your place on the event see link below, and sign up here as well. When you sign up here we will add you to the WhatsApp group so that you can get to know your fellow Four Star Fitness peeps.

� EVENT ORGANISER: Direct with the hotel, but Rebecca Dearing will be welcoming those AG members who have registered here.
� NEED TO KNOW FOR THE AG SOCIAL CLUB
-This is a social event for AG members (Walking club, weekend warriors and social club members).
-This is a club organised by the members, for the members.
-Some events are free such as the book club, however, some events will have a fee for tickets.
-We allow each member to bring a maximum of two guests per event.
-You can attend two social events as a "try before you buy".
-Open to everyone (any gender, any age).
