Biography of our Speaker/Host: Dr. Lickfeldt (Sr. Mgr Technical Development, Nutrien Ag Solutions) has over 20 years of experience developing crop input products within public and private companies. His expertise ranges from crop protection chemistry, biostimulants, fertilizer additives, biological controls, adjuvants, biotech traits and seed treatments. He has worked for the large basic manufactures such as Dow and Bayer, but also smaller startup companies such as Verdesian Life Sciences and Farmers Business Network. In his current role, he is a Senior Manager of Technical Development for Nutrien Ag Solutions, which is one of the world’s largest ag retailers based in Loveland Colorado. In this role, Darin leads a team of field researchers who test and validate new product concepts as potential proprietary products, he assists his Business Development team with scouting and vetting new ideas, and he makes recommendations to his commercial colleagues regarding product advancement decisions.
