This event brings together expert-led training sessions focused on communication, inclusion, and children’s visual health, alongside a restorative wellbeing experience.
Ruth Sedgewick and Sue McBride from RCSLT NI will deliver Communication Access training, supporting participants to build greater awareness and understanding of communication needs, create more inclusive environments, and confidently use accessible communication techniques.
Eye Clinician Rebecca Sayers from Angel Eyes will lead a bespoke session on paediatric eye conditions, exploring how visual impairment can affect a child’s everyday life, learning, and overall experience.
To conclude the day, enjoy a calming therapeutic session with Ciara from Anam le Cíara and Niamh from Barefoot Yoga. Through gentle breathing, relaxing yoga, and soothing sound therapy, this session is designed to help you unwind, reset, and reconnect. *No prior experience required.
