Join us for Masters of Motion: a 6-week series for ages 10 - 14
Fridays, 5:00 - 6:30 PM on September 12, 19, 26, October 3, 10, 17
Physics is fun! Each week of this series will be packed with demonstrations, group activities, and labs to bring the world of physics to life. From balloon rocket races to a cart collision lab and projectile motion launches, we'll see first hand why and how objects move.
Week 1: Introduction to Physics & Kinematics (Motion)
Week 2: Vectors, Forces, and Newton’s Laws (1)
Week 3: Newton’s Laws (2 & 3), Force, and Friction
Week 4: Circular Motion, Gravity, and Projectiles
Week 5: Work, Energy, and Power
Week 6: Momentum, Collisions, and Final Projects
Discounts (please register on our to receive discounts):
- Register for more than 1 class and/or a sibling and receive a 10% discount
- Financial assistance is available if your son or daughter is eligible for benefits such as FARMS, Medicaid or SNAP. You can receive the RSC scholarship to get a 50% discount on class fees.
