About this Event
Unwind from the week and ease into the weekend with an afternoon of movement and stillness at Grand Street Healing Project. We’ll start with a grounding yoga flow to release tension, restore balance, and energize the body. Afterwards, settle into a calming tea meditation—to center the mind, connect to the themes of the season and one another—giving ourselves space to reflect and reset.
Come for one or stay for both sessions.
