Afternoon Tea: A Harvest Menu

For ages 18 & up

Set some time aside to relax with friends as you learn a little about the history of afternoon tea, pick up tips on how to host a tea, and enjoy a bevy of delightful bites. Attendees 21 & older will enjoy a glass of wine paired with the menu.

• Roast Beef & Shaved Radicchio Tea Sandwiches

• Choux Puffs with Apricot Chicken Salad

• Vanilla Bean Scones with Pumpkin Butter & Clotted Cream

• Chai-spiced Shortbread

• Turkish Mosaic Cake (Chocolate Loaf with Tea Cookies, Walnuts & Hazelnuts)

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
