Guided by one of our expert foragers, you’ll explore the local woods and fields as you learn how to recognise common edible and medicinal mushrooms. While we won’t be harvesting for eating on this course, you’ll gain valuable knowledge on identifying fungi safely and sustainably, with plenty of time to ask questions along the way.
At the end of your walk, you’ll receive a River Cottage goodie bag containing a selection of fresh mushrooms to enjoy at home.
