You will be welcomed with coffee and conversation before heading out with Hugh to gather fresh ingredients from the River Cottage Kitchen Garden and farm. Then it is time to cook. First you will join Hugh for a hands on cookery session, followed by a second session led by one of our expert tutor chefs.
In the evening, you will sit down for a shared feast cooked from scratch, featuring the seasonal produce you helped to harvest and prepare. Enjoy dinner with Hugh, along with organic drinks, book signings, and photo opportunities to round off your experience.
