About this Event
Without us fully knowing it, we can find ourselves holding a lot – stress and tension, self-judgement, others’ expectations, and the pressure to have everything figured out while trying to keep it all together. The weight of it all is exhausting and our bodies know it.
To support us in releasing this weight and lightening our load, is hosting an intimate in-person breathwork experience happening on Sunday, April 19th 3:00-4:30pm at the City of Southfield Parks & Recreation Building focused on extending ourselves more self-compassion and grace.
This calming and restorative experience invites us to meet ourselves in a more kind, loving, and compassionate way. Through a guided breathwork meditation, you will be invited to soften self-judgement, extend yourself grace, and give yourself the same love you often pour into others.
Together, we’ll create a nurturing space to slow down, breathe deeply, listen, and affirm ourselves in ways that are nourishing. This gathering will center on cultivating self-compassion, embodying self-love, and allowing ourselves to grow with gentleness rather than pressure. Just like growth doesn’t have to be rushed to be meaningful, we will remind ourselves we too are allowed to move at a pace of grace.
