About this Event

A Food Conversation On Fine Dining, Comfort Food, and What They Teach

Join acclaimed chef and culinary entrepreneur for From Michelin Stars to Fried Chicken: A Chef’s Journey, a thought-provoking discussion that explores the spectrum of dining from the precision of Michelin-star kitchens to the comfort and creativity of casual favorites. We’ll look at what these experiences reveal about flavor, technique, and the stories behind the food we love.

This isn’t a cooking class. It’s a lively, interactive conversation designed to spark ideas, and maybe even cravings, best enjoyed with a drink in hand. You don’t need to be a chef (or know fine dining) to join. Curiosity and an appetite encouraged.

Come explore big questions, share perspectives, and meet fellow food enthusiasts through your After5 Society.
