Afterwork Yoga for busy minds and tired bodies is a gentle class designed to help you let go of the day’s stress, reconnect with your body, and lift your mood. Through a mindful blend of Hatha, Yin, and Restorative yoga, you’ll release tension, strengthen your muscles, and find steady balance even as the season changes.
No experience or flexibility is needed, the practice meets you where you are. Come as you are, and leave feeling lighter and calmer.
