February comes after the rush, the expectations, and the noise; work, social life, even carnival.
This 90-minute workshop offers a grounded pause to reset your nervous system, reconnect with what matters, and regain direction.
Through accessible breathwork (no connected breathing), reflection, and a core-values exercise, you’ll experience how breath can support clarity, regulation, and focus, both personally and professionally.
Inspired by post-carnival traditions in the Netherlands and the ritual grounding of Bolivia’s Oruro Carnival, this session invites integration rather than another push forward.
