The After-Hours Knife Making Program is a small-group, hands-on experience where you build your own custom knife from start to finish. No experience required. What you take home is a knife you made yourself. Built by you, built to last.We cap it at 4 students so that every person gets real, focused instruction at each stage of the process. You are not watching a demonstration: you are doing the work, with guidance the whole way through. Every student gets their own fully equipped, professional-grade workstation with state-of-the-art equipment.
Over 6 classes (2 per week for 3 weeks), we go in-depth on every step of the process. Each class runs 2-3 hours, scheduled after business hours so it fits into a regular week.
THE 6 SESSIONS COVER:
DAY 1 - Profiling
DAY 2 - Rough Grinding
DAY 3 - Heat Treatment
DAY 4 - Handle Work Part 1
DAY 5 - Handle Work Part 2
DAY 6 - Sharpening

🔪 Stock removal, no forging
🔪 $799 + GST per person
