This gathering is for anyone in need of a gentle reset, a pick-me-up, or a moment to exhale after the intensity of the holidays.The afternoon will begin with a 90-minute, body-based nervous system reset guided by Charleen Stokes (Satsang Project). This experience includes gentle movement, breathwork, grounding practices, and rest to support regulation, settling, and a return to balance. The focus is on accessible, supportive tools for nervous system care.
A 30-minute integration window will follow, offering time to rest, connect, and enjoy locally made coffee and pastries available for purchase from The Tilted Map.
The afternoon will then continue with a guided collage vision board workshop led by Jo Bjork (MetaForming Life).
This creative workshop is for creatives and non-creatives alike, inviting imagination and self-discovery to meet through setting personal intentions for the coming season. Participants can expect guided instruction for blackout poetry along with materials for mixed-media collaging.
Participants are welcome to attend either the nervous system reset, the collage workshop, or both, depending on what feels most supportive.

• 1:30–3:00 PM — Nervous System Movement & Breath Reset
• 3:00–3:30 PM — Integration / Rest / Coffee & Pastries
• 3:30–4:30 PM — Collage Vision Board Workshop
This gathering is offered on a sliding scale of $25–$50, pay-what-you-can. No one will be turned away for lack of funds. Payment is accepted day-of, first come, first served.
All donations support a community member in need of trauma-informed, community-based nervous system care.
Space is limited to 20 participants to keep the experience grounded, intimate, and supportive.
