Our speaker is Omar Barghouti, a noted Palestinian human rights defender and co-founder of the civil society Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement. He sits on the BDS National Committee in Palestine, and is a co-recipient of the 2017 Gandhi Peace Prize.
