AFROfest returns in 2026 for the fourth year with the UHURU Edition, inviting Taiwan to gather in the spirit of Uhuru — FREEDOM. Everyone is welcomed to freely express themselves, support the African diaspora, and celebrate the freedoms we have. More than a festival, AFROfest is a living, breathing celebration of African and Black cultures, creativity, and community.
As Taiwan’s largest Afro-cultural festival, AFROfest Taiwan brings together music, dance, art, fashion, food, and Black-owned businesses from across the African diaspora. From high-energy performances and soulful rhythms to bold flavors and vibrant storytelling, AFROfest Taiwan is where culture is shared, connections are made, and joy takes center stage.
