This two-hour immersive experience will explore the powerful movement, rhythm, and cultural roots of Afro-Cuban dance traditions. Whether you're looking to deepen your technique or connect with the spiritual and musical foundations of the dance, this workshop offers a unique opportunity to learn directly from a professional Cuban dancer.

4:00 – 5:00 PM: Palo
5:00 – 6:00 PM: Orishas

Participants will learn traditional movements, body isolations, and the cultural context behind these dances while connecting the rhythm of the music with expressive movement.
