AboutHave fun..meet friends and shed some stress weighing on your shoulders! Immerse yourself in nature and connect with new friends and neighbors at our weekly Afrobeats & Heal session that combines Afrobeats music with simple methods of releasing stress and protecting your peace. This experience is curated and hosted by Chrissy, a trauma-informed empath dedicated to making you feel safe and supported in their healing journey. This limited series runs until August 18th. (weather permitted).
Afrobeats + Heal Experience Includes- Intro to Deep Breathing
- Intro to Grounding/Earthing
- Gentle Full Body Stretching (not yoga)
- Guided Meditation
- Community Check In
This experience welcomes men, women, and non-binary teens and adults, providing a safe and inclusive space for everyone to unlock the inner peace you deserve while connecting with community and nature.

Guests must bring a mat/blanket and bottled water. Class size is limited to 10 adult guests.
