?????? ???????? ???? ????? [??] & ???? ??????? [??]Get ready for the 13th of April, where we will have an afro/dancehall workshop with @hisnitas from Uganda and @emmaminella from Denmark.
The class will be a mix of steps, vibes and choreo but most importantly we are gonna sweat, learn together and have fun. The class is open level.
Nitas is an Afro dance artist from Uganda, now living in France. He has been dancing since the age of 12 and was exposed to various dance styles mostly African, Azonto, fusion & pop. He started technically training in Afro pop and fusion at the age of 18 and later started teaching and sharing his knowledge.
Emma has been dancing dancehall for the past 9 years. She has gone to Jamaica several times to learn about the culture and has for the last couple of years been teaching weekly female dancehall classes in Copenhagen. She recently got home from 4 months in Uganda, where she explored different afro styles and also met Nitas.
Don’t hesitate to sign up for this collab class, where we are gonna dance the best of both worlds. Let’s bring together afro and dancehall dancers in Copenhagen and have a vibe.
