No previous dance or yoga experience is needed. All levels and genders are welcome.

Esme will lead a relaxing yoga session including breathing, meditation and gentle movement. Her approach is focused on helping people understand why these practices are useful, while giving participants simple tools they can take home and use in their everyday lives.

Sheila Akushie is a qualified womenβs personal trainer based in Manchester and the founder of She Thrives Fitness, a wellness brand dedicated to helping women build strength, confidence and vitality through movement, nutrition and a balanced approach to healthy living.

π₯ Afro Dance by Nessa Ndong
Nessa Ndong is a dancer, choreographer and dance teacher trained in multiple disciplines including hip hop, dancehall, heels and Afro dance. She has taught in Spain and the UK and currently teaches regular Afro dance classes in Manchester on Mondays from 18:30 to 19:30 at NQ Studios.
This 45 minute Afro fusion session will be energetic, fun and accessible. You will learn basic steps and build them into a short choreography, with the focus on rhythm, confidence and enjoyment.
