Afro Fusion and Mindfulness is a body movement therapy utilizing Afro Latin Dance techniques to move the body & learn the Latin culture heritage and roots through movement. During this hour session you will be able to learn Afro Peruvian Dance such as Zamacueca, Festejo and the Afro Puerto Rican Dance Bomba de Loíza. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring your yoga mat and be ready to move with your heart. No dance experience is needed for this session.Angela Gonzales is from Peru and brings culture and heritage through Art & Movement.
