We begin by arriving, softening into the body, into breath, into presence.
From there, we awaken movement.
Guided through Afro-diasporic rhythms, including Afro-Cuban influences, this is a space to reconnect with the natural intelligence of your body, where movement becomes expression, sensation, and aliveness.
There is a quiet sensuality here… not something to perform, but something to feel.
A deep listening. A softening. A pulse that begins to move through you.
We explore the full spectrum - fluid, flowing movement, grounded strength, playful rhythm, and moments of powerful expression. The body leads, and we follow.
This is where joy lives, arising naturally as the body opens and energy begins to move freely.
We close in a gentle circle, with space to reflect or share (always optional), allowing the experience to settle.
Together, we reconnect not only to ourselves… but to the quiet magnetism of being fully present in our bodies.
