AFRO Black History Month Celebration
Join us for an day of reflection, connection, and celebration as we honor Black History Month through our theme “Rooted in Blackness: Culture, Care, Community.”
This event centers the richness of Black culture, the importance of collective care, and the power of community. Together, we will explore the historical and present-day contributions of Black communities while creating space for learning, wellness, and meaningful dialogue.
The program will include community voices, a land acknowledgement, and opportunities to reflect on how culture and care sustain us and strengthen our collective future. This gathering is open to community members, allies, and partners who wish to celebrate Black history and engage in conversations that uplift and inspire.
Whether you come to learn, connect, or celebrate, we invite you to join us in honoring Black excellence, resilience, and community.
