Join us for a deeply nourishing Aerial Sound Bath experience at The Attic, where you’ll be gently supported in a silk hammock as healing sound waves move through your body and nervous system.
Suspended just above the ground, the hammock allows the spine to decompress and the body to fully relax, creating an ideal state for deep rest, emotional release, and energetic recalibration.
This is a restorative, meditative experience — no aerial or yoga experience required.
🌙 What to Expect
You’ll be guided into stillness through breath and grounding before being immersed in a live sound journey featuring:
- Crystal singing bowls
- Tibetan bowls
- Gong
- Chimes & subtle atmospheric textures
The hammock gently cradles you while sound moves through and around you, helping to quiet the mind and bring the body into a parasympathetic (rest-and-digest) state.
