Join us in the beautiful city of Cape Town, South Africa for this life-changing Pilates Teacher Training. Over this one month immersion, we will explore mat work, reformer, cadillac, chair and barrels. We will deepen our understanding of our anatomy in movement. We will refine our teaching skills. And we emerge as confident Pilates teachers. Special to this course is entry to the Conscious Movement Conference!
Included in this immersive experience, is the chance to explore all this wonderful African city has to offer.... Boulder's beach penguins, scenic Chapman's Peak drive, winelands, art galleries, vibey Kalk Bay, world class restaurants, and of course, the famous Table Mountain! Accommodation is in a luxury house in the leafy Southern Suburbs and lectures are at the green space of The Source Studio.
Tuition of $4000 to $4700 (varies with accommodation choices) includes all courses, manuals, studio and class access, accommodation, 3 delicious meals daily, airport transfer, and certain outings.
