Join us for a fun evening of African djembe drumming. Forget your worries and immerse yourself in the rhythm. No musical experience is needed and beginners are welcome. Learn something new in a relaxed friendly environment, release your stress and feel renewed.Inspired by the rich tradition of djembe drumming from West Africa we learn rhythms on djembes and other percussion to create joyous and uplifting music. The teaching is patient and inclusive and we have plenty of drums to borrow.
Sessions run every Friday excluding the last Friday of the month. Each month we will start a new rhythm so the first Friday is a great time to join us if you haven't drummed before.
Come and give it a go! Only £10 payable on the night. Drum hire is free but get in touch to reserve your drum so you don’t miss out!
